And in Related News, Irony Is Still Dead

Antonin Scalia is shamelessly trying to one-up John Yoo, according to this piece about his new book:
A new book co-authored by Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and legal writing expert Bryan Garner accuses judges – including some on the Supreme Court – of loose and unprincipled decisionmaking that has tarnished the reputation of the judiciary.
In case it's unclear from the excerpt, Scalia thinks loose and unprincipled decisionmaking is very bad.

Irony isn't exactly quite dead yet, it's just rusted feckin' shut, from the tears of people who aren't Conservative!

Yoo and Scalia, and their level of cognitive dissonance, is truly breathtaking.
AMAZING!!!
But the only thing that could really kill irony is if George W. Bush were to give a speech on Human Rights.

Oh, wait!

Yeah, Antonin, I can't think of any decision since Dred Scott that has polished the SCt's reputation like Bush v. Gore.

If I could buy him for what he's worth & sell him for what he thinks he's worth, I'd be as rich as Romney.

It's a good thing Scalia has a summer home on Sicily.
